I like having a spray
I used it and didn't really notice any difference. I like the delivery method, but not something I would order again.

Unbelievable
The Tower+ Magnesium Spray has become part of my evening routine.
After long workdays, I enjoy how easy it is to apply and how quickly it absorbs. It's a convenient way to support relaxation and recovery while taking a few moments for myself at the end of the day.
The spray bottle makes it incredibly easy to use, and I always keep one nearby.

WOW Moving easy again
I recently started using the Magnesium Spray, especially around my knee after increasing my activity. I like how easy it is to apply directly to the area. It t absorbs quickly without leaving a heavy residue.
After using it, my knee feels more comfortable and relaxed, especially in the evenings. I appreciate that magnesium plays a role in supporting normal muscle function, and that this product is more natural.
It’s something I keep on hand as part of my regular self‑care routine when my joints and muscles need a little extra attention.

Game Changer
This is now part of my bedtime routine. I apply it to my shoulders Ang leg at night, and it really helps ease that late day tension. I've been getting such a great night’s sleep since using it.

How I spell relief!
