Even though I eat a good amount of veggies and fiber I drink this every day to enhance gut health and elimination!! I mix it with the juice of 1/2 a lemon for a healthy sugar free lemonade and with V8 and the juice of 1/2 a lemon for what I call my Fiber Mary!! My mom puts it in her coffee every morning!!
