DNA Miracles replacement?
Hello, my husband takes this and enjoys it but my kids were on the DNA miracles multi in the past and want to go back to isotonic vitamins. Can they take this instead? Ages 10 and 7.
Response from Customer Service:
Thank you for sharing your feedback and question about Isotonix® Multivitamin Without Iron! We're glad to hear your husband enjoys the product and appreciate your family's interest in our Isotonix line.
Since Isotonix® Multivitamin Without Iron is formulated for adults ages 18 and older, we recommend discussing with your children's pediatrician whether an adult formula could be a good fit for them. The recommended daily values for most nutrients are similar for ages 4 and up, so some of our other products may work well for your kids.
Thank you again for reaching out and for trusting Isotonix® with your family's wellness goals. If you have any other questions or need information about our products, please let us know!

PRODUCTS ARE GREAT...WHEN YOU FINALLY GET THEM
Been using Isotonix Multivitamin, Vitamin B and Vitamin D for years. I am on subscription and even with subscription they can't plan and have my order ship when it's supposed to. Most of the time one of the vitamins is out of stock so nothing ships. This last order was processed and sat for a month over the order date due to the multivitamin not being in stock. When I called about this, I was told there was nothing I could do since they were waiting on product. Needless to say, I am looking for another source/product because I am tired of waiting on product that should be readily available when I am on subscription ordering. I am rating low due to poor planning on the company's part and not being to ship consistently for subscription orders
Response from Customer Service:
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we truly appreciate your thoughts on this. We understand your frustration with backorders, especially when you’ve been a loyal subscriber. When a product is on backorder, it can be due to a number of reasons such as ingredient sourcing challenges, manufacturing delays, or unexpected increases in demand.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and realize how important reliable service is to our customers. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are working to improve our processes.
Thank you for being a valued customer.

Huge shipping delays
Had to wait almost 30 days from order placement to arrival. This has occurred the past two times. Obviously inventory issues. Have to find another vitamin company.

A Customer Service representative will be reaching out to you directly to provide further assistance and help resolve this issue. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

nutraMetrix Isotonix® Multivitamin without Iron--
I really like this multivitamin but don't know why the lid was changed, hence the 4 stars. I liked the old lid that you could use easily to mix the powder with water. Also this time ordering, my shipping date kept getting pushed out multiple times which totaled about a month after I placed my order. When I finally got a shipping notice, it never started tracking. I called customer service and they got it corrected and I finally received my order.
Response from Customer Service:
Thank you so much for your feedback and for being a valued customer! We're glad to hear you enjoy nutraMetrix Isotonix® Multivitamin without Iron, and we truly appreciate your comments about the lid design and your recent shipping experience. We apologize for the inconvenience you encountered with your order and the delays. Your input helps us continue to improve, and we’re grateful for your patience and understanding. Thank you for sharing your experience with us!

Why did you change the bottle several years ago?
The bottle cap once served as a way to measure daily dose and water needed to be added to the powder. I don't understand how the new packaging works for measuring my daily dose. Please explain. Thanks.
Response from Customer Service:
Thank you so much for your feedback and for your question about the new bottle design for nutraMetrix Isotonix® Multivitamin without Iron. We understand the change can be confusing and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.
The smaller cap on the Isotonix bottle can still be used to measure the powder for your daily dose. The new white over cap is designed to measure 2 ounces (60 ml) of water—making it easier to get the right amount of liquid for mixing each serving.
The decision to refreshed the product’s appearance—including the updated outer measuring cap was based off our research that showed most customers mix multiple Isotonix products together in a cup or glass, rather than using the bottle cap for mixing. Because of this, we updated the design for easier measurement of water, while still allowing precise measurement of the powder.
