Nails Grow Fast and Strong
Beyond my nails needing to be trimmed back once a week, they are also much stronger. I used to bite my nails all the time and now I need to clip them with a steel clippers.
I take 1 cupful of this with 1 capful of Magnesium at night before bed and I sleep all the way until my alarm in the morning.

Isotonix Calcium
Love the fact that I do not need to swallow a large pill, which I am sure little if any calcium in to my system. It has a pleasant taste, is economical and easy to remember. I combine it with my OPC 3 every morning. I have been using Isotonix products since 2003 and have been very pleased with the results.
