Melted together Difficult to remove Doesn’t work

I ordered from this Isotonic site previously and had ordered the sleep powder. I had noticed that there was something in the powder that did not resolve so I stopped ordering. I check back to see what else there might be to help me sleep. These were advertised that they were for sleep so I ordered them. A melted blob I had to cut out with a knife. I am surprised they were in this condition. I cut a piece and tried it and nothing so I cut another piece and layed in the bed for 3 hours and got up. I tried taking them much earlier and nothing. Disappointed to say the least. Possibly they were in transit and ended up somewhere hot and that melted them and impacted the products impact. I gave 2 Stars because they did arrive.
